3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

jb444 supports the most widely used mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. Our payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each payment method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
  • Typical withdrawal processing time after a successful request: 15 minutes to 2 hours

3.2 Payment Verification

Before a withdrawal, jb444 may verify the identity of the account holder. For first-time withdrawals, proof of identity and ownership of the payment method may be requested. The method used to deposit into the account and the method used to withdraw must be the same.

3.3 Prohibited Transactions

Using any third-party bank account or payment method for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, jb444 reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend the account.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

New members at jb444 receive a welcome bonus. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met:

  • Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Warning: Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled. Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If jb444 detects bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns or coordinated betting are strictly prohibited.

5 Gaming Rules

The jb444 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

5.1 Technical Issues

If a game is cancelled or left incomplete due to a technical fault or system failure, the bet amount for that round will be automatically refunded. If an abnormal or incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, jb444 reserves the right to void that result and determine the correct amount.

5.2 Game Decisions

All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. In the event of a dispute over a game result, jb444's server logs will be considered as the final evidence.

5.3 Sports Betting

Once a sports bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a specific cash-out facility offered by jb444 applies. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, action will be taken in accordance with the terms of the relevant bet.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

jb444's VIP program has five tiers. Members at each tier receive various benefits and weekly cashback based on their level of play and activity:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jb444 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Fraud, deception or any form of dishonest conduct.
  • Playing games through software, bots or automated means.
  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Coordinated betting or collusion with other users.
  • Operating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
  • Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure
